Service with a twist

The room was unexpectedly spacious, perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen had everything we needed to store and prepare meals for our group.

The check-in experience was chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed and confused about our reservation. Plus, the musty smell in the lobby didn't set a great first impression.

The hotel was clean. Actually the room was nicely furnished with Comfortable bed and the shower, for example. We liked the good and absolutely perfect location to the event i travelled for in the fairly quiet area. Food was great every morning. Our stay was a really really nice experience.

Hotel was perfect and the room was beautiful. The room with 2 beds. The restaurant was relatively near the venue.

Clean room and cold AC. No fridge in room and far from attractions.

The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic belize sign, and with the museum of belize being only a bit over 2 km away, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the city to explore its rich history. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, perfect for a weekend city traveler. Service could be improved as there were some billing issues during check-in.

Budget-friendly choice for a family

The room had good ac and was clean and spacious enough for my family. They even let us put our food in the fridge and use the kitchen which was unexpectedly helpful.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable given the options.

The location was great, close to the beach. I appreciated the clean room and working desk. The staff was friendly and quickly provided us with more towels as needed. Great deal for the price!

The location is somewhat far from the city center.

It was just an excellent fit for a speedy visit in Belize City with excellent value. The staff were not friendly at all, and I was disappointed with the outdated rooms. Be sure to check for anything extra you might end up paying.

It was nice to enjoy some morning jogs with my daughter while taking in the beautiful scenery. The kitchen facilities were convenient for preparing snacks for our large family.

In my wife's opinion, the staff were disinterested and unhelpful. They need to work on their customer service, especially for families with children.

The queen room had a comfortable bed with all the basic facilities you need. the hotel is in a great location, right next to the Belize International Airport, ferry, and grocery store.
